Job Description:

SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 (On-site in Plymouth)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working closely with technical experts to make a significant impact on critical infrastructure. This role involves planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS systems. The position is a permanent night shift, Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am, based at our Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Responsibilities:

• Assist qualified technicians in fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Perform planned and corrective maintenance tasks
• Maintain SISS assets and ensure station communication faults are addressed
• Utilize field IT equipment for maintenance data
• Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for task updates and completions

Ideal Candidate:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy multi-tasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or knowledge of Network Rail health & safety procedures is advantageous.

Key Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Familiarity with O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to work nights at Pirin Court Service Centre
