• Serving as primary support for network operations by managing customer devices and end-to-end services.
• Assessing problem sources, severity, and performing basic checks.
• Provide monitoring metrics and incident data.
• Monitor network elements, identify faults, and manage incidents.
• Log remote access incidents and engage relevant teams as needed.
