Job summary

Adecco is seeking a NOC Engineer to join our Central London team. This office-based role involves hands-on networking, Wi-Fi and infrastructure support five days a week. You will engage with customers across hospitality and various environments, ensuring high-quality service and rapid issue resolution.

The position requires CCNA or equivalent, LAN/WAN expertise, and strong problem-solving skills. Salary ranges from £37,000 to £45,000 per year, with opportunities to develop cloud and network

Qualifications

• Wi-Fi troubleshooting and support in enterprise environments.
• Solid experience with LAN/WAN networks and infrastructure.
• CCNA certification or equivalent networking qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across networking, infrastructure and end-user environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and Wi-Fi issues.
• Manage and respond to support tickets in line with agreed service levels.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where required.
• Deliver remote and onsite support to customer environments.
• Assist with infrastructure installations, upgrades and migrations.
• Configure and support network switches, routers, firewalls and wireless solutions.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and support records.
• Work closely with customers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
