Zen seeks an experienced NOC Engineer to monitor, maintain and improve our critical network infrastructure. You will work in a live 24/7 environment, managing incidents and applying changes confidently while coordinating with internal teams and third parties.
Reporting to the NOC Shift Lead, you will ensure uptime and reliability, document processes, and drive continuous service improvements within a collaborative, hybrid working setting.

We are looking for an experienced NOC Engineer with a strong background in ISP operations and network support.
Reporting to the NOC Shift Lead, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and improving the critical network infrastructure and processes that underpin Zen's consumer and business services. You'll be comfortable working in a live network environment, managing incidents, and applying configuration changes confidently during a 24/7, 12-hour shift rotation.
As a NOC Engineer, you'll play a key role in maintaining the stability, performance, and resilience of Zen's network infrastructure. Working closely with Network and Infrastructure Engineers, as well as third parties and internal teams, you'll manage incidents, optimise processes, and support ongoing service improvements.
