Zen is focused on delivering exceptional value to customers through innovative solutions, operational excellence, and a high-performing commercial team. As we scale, we are looking for a proactive Sales Operations Manager to make our sales organisation faster, better informed, and more predictable.
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for optimising sales processes, maintaining CRM integrity, driving reporting and forecasting accuracy, and working with a virtual team to co-ordinate bid responses. This role serves as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership/Teams and collaborates closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams.
The ideal candidate combines analytical rigour with strong business acumen and works with a bias for action - spotting problems and bringing solutions rather than waiting to be tasked. They are curious about AI, actively experiment with new tools to raise the speed and quality of their own work, and thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
