In this role, you will troubleshoot networking issues at a 2nd line level and assist the 1st line team. Qualifications

• Experience in Routing and Switching required.
• CCNA certification preferred.
• NOC experience desirable.

NOC Engineer

• This is a NOC Engineer role, where you will be supporting a global client base on various networking issues at a 2^nd line level.
• The role is paying between £34 – 40K plus shift allowance!
• You will be working 4 days on, 4 days off. Split between 2-day shifts and 2-night shifts.
• Looking to get started right away, so Immediately available or shorter notice candidates preferred at this stage.

What will you be doing?

As a NOC Engineer you will play a pivotal role in supporting and troubleshooting networking outages / issues at a 2^nd line level. Assisting the 1^st line team with issues, you will gain lots of experience as a mentor. You will cover IT, Networks, Firewalls, Satellite antenna systems and web traffic filtering rules.
