As a Waiter or Waitress in Nobu restaurant, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. Your tasks will include:

• Creating an exceptional experience for our guests.
• Having a complete understanding of the menu and concept.
• Providing genuine, attentive, and friendly service to reflect Nobu standards.
• Preparing all service essentials in advance, including table setup, cutlery, napkins, salt and pepper, etc.
• Participating in briefings and team meetings, sharing insights with the team.
• Supporting, training, and developing new team members, making them feel welcome.
• Anticipating guest needs and providing personalized, crafted experiences.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen team at all times.
