THE ROLE

As an In-Room Dining Waiter, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional room service experience for our guests. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

1. Create an exceptional in-room dining experience for our guests.
2. Provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards; from the point of order, to delivery, and collection of dishes.
3. Ensure all kitchen-ware and dishes are clean and well-presented prior to delivering to the guest.
4. Feel empowered to make a decision that will enhance the guest experience or defuse any complaints which may arise.
5. Demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to work.
6. Communicate effectively with the kitchen team at all times.
7. Be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and philosophies.
