CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a large static estate in Battersea, South West London. The role offers a Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 schedule with no call-outs and a clear pathway for career progression.

Ideal candidates hold Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3) and have proven commercial/property maintenance experience, preferably in high-end residential settings, with strong customer

Qualifications

• Electrical, mechanical or plumbing qualification with trade certificates.
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3.
• Proven maintenance experience in commercial/property environments.
• Experience with high-end residential estates and strong customer service.

Responsabilités

• Carry out M&E and fabric planned and reactive maintenance on a large static site.
• Perform lighting, emergency lighting, and power distribution tasks.
• Maintain air conditioning units, humidity control and chillers.
• Monitor water treatment, plumbing and wastewater systems.
• Oversee BMS monitoring, UPS readings and general fabric works.
• Ensure statutory compliance and safe, reliable estate operations.
