Job summary

The Cadillac Formula 1 Team is seeking a No.2 Mechanic Sub-Assembly to focus on assembling high‑precision sub‑components that drive our race cars. You will work with the assembly and engineering teams to follow technical instructions, ensure quality control, and support ongoing improvements to assembly processes.

Key duties include assisting in subcomponent assembly, performing product inspections, and documenting procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar mechanic or assembly role within motorsport or automotive environments
  • Solid understanding of mechanical systems, with hands-on experience in high-performance vehicle assembly
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in work and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and technical drawings
  • Strong communication skills, contributing effectively within a team environment
  • Proficient in the use of common hand tools and assembly equipment
