Job summary

Holmes Care Group is seeking a Staff Nurse to join our growing team and enrich the lives of residents and their families. You will deliver high standards of nursing care, manage medications, and implement treatment plans within a supportive home environment.

Applicants must hold NMC registration and a nursing qualification. We value compassion, professionalism, and the ability to mentor colleagues while working closely with the Service Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the NMC and a relevant nursing qualification.
• Compassionate and caring attitude and clear understanding of nursing role.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent nursing care and support to residents.
• Oversee all aspects of medicine management and ensure safe administration per NMC standards.
• Create and carry out treatment plans.
• Offer a safe, caring and stable environment to residents.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines.
• Support the Service Manager with targets and supervise staff/shifts.
• Mentor other team members and work with the Manager for smooth home operations.
