You will manage medicine administration, develop treatment plans, mentor junior staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the Service Manager to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration is required.
• Nursing qualification essential for practice.
• Experience in a care home setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent nursing care and resident support.
• Oversee medicine management and safe administration of meds.
• Create and carry out treatment plans for residents.
• Maintain a safe, caring environment and comply with guidelines.
• Support the Service Manager; supervise staff and shifts smoothly.
• Mentor, guide and develop other team members.
