Job summary

Holmes Care Group is seeking a Staff Nurse for Larkfield View on night shifts to lead the care team, assess and plan residents' needs, and deliver high-quality nursing care.

You will oversee medication management, develop treatment plans, and maintain a safe environment in accordance with NMC standards. Must hold NMC registration and a nursing qualification; compassion and commitment to care are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current NMC registration.
• Have a relevant Nursing qualification.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent nursing care and support to residents.
• Overseeing all aspects of medicine management and ensuring safe administration of medication according to NMC Standards.
• Creating and carrying out treatment plans.
• Offering a safe, caring and stable environment to the people we support.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines.
• Support the Service Manager with targets by promoting high standards and supervising staff shifts.
