A growing health and social care company is seeking a Registered Manager in Bolton or Blackburn. This hybrid role involves operational management, ensuring compliance with legislation, and working with senior management to provide quality service. Qualifications

  • Experience in a health and social care setting is required.
  • Experience of working in/managing a domiciliary service is necessary.
  • Experience of managing an effective team is needed.
  • Knowledge of current legal responsibilities and standards of service expected.
  • Experience with CQC is preferred.
  • Experience working on tenders is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for operational day-to-day management of the service.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Work in partnership with senior management to deliver high quality service.
