Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is assisting a luxury care home in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk to find an experienced Home Manager. The role requires managing staff, resources and ensuring outstanding care in line with regulatory standards.

You will partner with the Clinical Lead to drive service quality and resident wellbeing. The successful candidate will be an NMC registered nurse with post-registration experience and a track record of marketing and running a commercially successful care home.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with post-registration experience.
• Experience of managing a care home.
• Proven knowledge of CQC standards and driving outstanding ratings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with residents, families and professionals.
• Experience marketing and growing a private care home business.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and resources so that each resident can enjoy a dignified and fulfilling life.
• Work closely with Clinical Lead and wider teams to ensure high care standards meet regulators.
• Report to the regional Operations Manager and lead the home's vision toward outstanding.
• Liaise with residents, families, professional contacts and multi-disciplinary teams.
