Ideal candidates will hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care, have previous managerial experience, and proficiency in CQC standards. Qualifications
Hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
Show understanding of residents' needs to provide excellent care services.
Possess good working knowledge of CQC standards.
Responsibilities
Support the Care Home Manager in daily operations.
Lead and supervise care staff to ensure quality care.
Monitor residents' well-being and adjust care plans.
Oversee staff performance, training, and development.
Act as safeguarding lead in the Manager's absence.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Maintain communication with residents, families, and professionals.
Promote a positive work environment.
