Advanced Supply Chain Group Ltd in Bradford is seeking a Warehouse Night Shift Manager for a permanent, full-time role on the night shift (Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm to 6:15am). You will lead and develop Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives to meet performance targets and ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role offers a £35,000–£40,000 annual salary and a development programme with training, mentoring and clear progression opportunities within a growing business that values its people.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team and coaching team members.
• Familiar with using an in-house Warehouse Management System.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Operatives to meet targets.
• Own day-to-day operations and ensure processes followed.
• Foster a positive, high-performing, engaged environment.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and incident reporting.
• Analyze data, identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Provide equipment, training and support for safe operations.
• Manage performance, attendance and wellbeing.
• Support site projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
