Job summary

Lifeways Group in Glasgow, Parkhead, is seeking Female nightshift Support Workers to join our caring team. This full-time role offers meaningful work supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in their own homes.

You’ll help with daily living skills, budgeting, cooking, personal care, and help them access community activities while building their independence and wellbeing. Training and development are provided, with a supportive team behind you.

Qualifications

• This position would be suited to someone who has prior experience working within challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• In Glasgow, Lifeways offers personalised support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs—empowering them to live independently in their own homes. This includes help with daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and personal care, as well as support with accessing community activities, building social connections, and managing health and wellbeing.
