Job summary

Lifeways is seeking Female nightshift Support Workers in Parkhead, Glasgow to empower adults with learning disabilities to live independently and safely in their own homes. You’ll be part of a compassionate team delivering person-centred support and promoting wellbeing in daily life.

This full-time role (37.5 hours/week) involves waking nights from 9:00 to 07:45, with training and a supportive environment that values growth, collaboration, and real impact on lives every day.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in care or support roles is preferred.
  • Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and daily living assistance to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
  • Support independence and community engagement.
  • Monitor wellbeing and report changes to the team.

Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Waking nights 9am - 7:45am
