Job summary

BCG in Methil is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin to deliver high-quality care in a residential setting.

You will develop care plans, administer medicines safely, and support residents' physical, psychological, and social needs, with flexible shifts and PVG checks. You will contribute to a compassionate, patient-centred care team.

Qualifications

• Qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin.
• Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices.
• Experience as staff nurse in care home would be useful but not essential.
• Organised, good communication skills, flexible to shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored care plans and monitor residents' health needs.
• Provide medicines safely and administer treatments as prescribed.
• Create a safe, supportive environment and use professional judgment for clinical decisions.
• Attend to residents' physical, psychological, and social needs.

About You

You should be a qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a care home environment would be useful but is not essential. What's just as important is that you're organised, have great communication skills, and are flexible enough to work shifts. Successful candidates are subject to satisfactory references and a PVG check and must be authorised to work in the UK.
