Job summary

BCG is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care home portfolio across multiple locations in Scotland. You will travel between homes to deliver high-quality nursing care, assessing residents’ physical and mental health needs and supporting their social wellbeing.

The role emphasizes safe medication administration, tailored care plans, and decisive clinical judgment. PVG checks and UK work authorization apply; PVG processing is covered by the employer.

As a Regional Nurse, you’ll travel to a number of homes across our portfolio to provide exceptional care to our residents, attending to their physical, psychological, and social needs to help us deliver the quality of care they deserve.

We’ll rely on you to create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental health needs, while also using your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions. Your responsibilities will range from developing tailored care plans to providing medicine safely and ensuring excellence in all you do. You’ll have the autonomy to do things the right way and be valued and respected for your contributions.

About You:

You should be a qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a care home environment is preferred. What’s just as important is that you’re organised, have great communication skills, and are flexible enough to work shifts.
