Job summary

BCG Cares is seeking a caring and reliable Care Assistant to support residents in daily activities and personal care. The role focuses on preserving dignity and comfort, with shifts available and training provided on joining.

Successful candidates will be required to pass references, a PVG check, and must be authorised to work in the UK. Flexible schedules and a supportive team are offered to help you make a real difference.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write clearly to support resident care.
• Willingness to undertake full training provided by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to residents, supporting physical, psychological and social needs.
• Assist with personal care activities including washing, hygiene and dressing.
• Help residents with meals and daily routines to maintain dignity and independence.

As a Care Assistant on our team, you’ll care for our residents like they’re your own family. It’s all about looking after their physical, psychological, and social needs to help us deliver the quality of care they deserve. Care that makes the difference.

You’ll provide person-centred care to our residents, ensuring they retain their dignity and individuality. You'll assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.

Cheerful, caring, and compassionate by nature, with good reading, writing, and communication skills, you’ll be flexible enough to work shifts. We provide full training, so whatever your background, we’d love to hear from you!
