BCG is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our care home team in the United Kingdom. You will care for residents across physical, psychological, and social needs, prioritising safety and compassionate support. The role offers professional autonomy and opportunities for development.

You should be organised, with excellent communication skills, flexible for shifts, and hold a valid NMC pin. PVG checks are required and UK work authorisation is needed.

Qualifications

• Qualified RGN or RMN with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience in a care home is useful but not essential.
• Well organised with excellent communication and flexible for shifts.

You’ll have the autonomy to do things the right way and be valued and respected for your contributions.

About You

You should be a qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a care home environment would be useful but is not essential. What’s just as important is that you’re organised, have great communication skills, and are flexible enough to work shifts.
