City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd is seeking a Case Maintenance Technician to cover night shifts across multiple sites in the North East. The role focuses on planned refrigeration case maintenance within SLA, maintaining high standards of safety and service quality.

You will be part of a team delivering energy-efficient operations, with a hands-on, flexible approach and a commitment to outstanding customer service. A driving licence is required, and occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned refrigeration case maintenance across several site locations per SLA.
• Comply with Health and Safety Policy and standards at all times.
• Represent the company professionally to clients and colleagues.
• Support case maintenance teams to achieve targets and efficient service delivery.
• Attend training courses as required to keep skills up to date.
• May be required to stay away from home to support sites.
