You will work 45 hours per week with night shifts, following SLA requirements and health and safety guidelines.

• To maintain laid-down standards of quality across sites.
• To represent the company professionally to clients.
• To provide support to case maintenance teams to meet SLA targets.
• To carry out all case maintenance tasks within the allotted time period.
• To stay informed about regulations and codes of practice relevant to tasks.
