Job summary

City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd is seeking a Case Maintenance Technician for a permanent night-shift role in Exeter/Bridgwater. The position offers 45 hours per week with a salary of £30,115.80 per annum.

You will carry out planned refrigeration case maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with SLA, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. Key requirements include strong communication, customer focus, a flexible hands-on approach, and a full driving

Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Degree of flexibility; may be required to stay away from home.
Current full driving licence – may be required to drive to support Team Leader.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned refrigeration case maintenance programme across site locations in line with SLA.
Ensure works are completed to high standards, efficiently and safely per Health and Safety policy.
Comply with Health and Safety Act and company policies.
Represent the company professionally and maintain good relationships with City and client colleagues.
Support case maintenance teams to achieve targets in line with SLA.
Complete all tasks within allotted time to satisfy company and client.
