Job summary

Dynamic Resourcing is recruiting for a Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor at Glasgow Airport. The role involves leading a large cleaning team, maintaining site cleanliness, and meeting KPI/SLA targets. DBS/Disclosure Scotland check is required, with a minimum 2 years of supervisory experience and a continuous 5 year work history.

The position is based at Glasgow Airport, with a temporary to permanent potential and an immediate start. Excellent team collaboration and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2 year Supervisory experience, managing a team of Cleaners.
• Would require to pass a DBS/Disclosure Scotland background check.
• Must have a continuous 5 year work history.
• Have knowledge of COSHH.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check.
• Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site.
• Understand KPI/SLA's and to meet these monthly including audits.
• Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives.
• Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehouse.
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Working as part of a team.

Duties as a Cleaning Supervisor
