Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a similar cleaning/soft services role.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills; leads by example.
• Proficient with laptops and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage 6–7 cleaners and oversee daily frontline tasks.
• Conduct audits and inspections to maintain standards and KPIs.
• Coordinate rotas, timekeeping, absences and payroll procedures.
• Hands-on role with leadership support to the core team.
