Job summary

Meallmore in Crimond, near Fraserburgh, is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to provide compassionate support to residents. You will assist with daily living, promote independence and share moments that matter, while working 36 hours per week at £13.45–£13.50 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• SVQ level 2 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care (funded training available).
• Naturally caring and kind by nature.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living: washing, dressing and meals.
• Promote residents' independence and wellbeing.
• Monitor health conditions and liaise with relatives and colleagues.
• Assist residents in activities, learning what matters to them as individuals.
