Job summary

Meallmore is seeking Bank Care Assistants to support residents in Crimond & Fraserburgh, with travel to Cruden Bay, Ellon and Kemnay as needed. This bank role offers 'as and when required' hours, flexible shifts, and the chance to contribute to a compassionate care team.

You will assist with daily living, promote wellbeing, and engage residents in meaningful activities, while maintaining high care standards across multiple homes.

As a Care Assistant with Meallmore you’ll help residents enjoy each day by delivering quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship – and sharing great moments and memories too.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensuring the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting residents with personal care, mealtimes and all other aspects of daily living

• Promoting residents' independence and well-being

• Monitoring residents' health needs, liaising with families and colleagues
• Helping residents enjoy meaningful physical and social activities tailored to their interests
