Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Operators to achieve daily production targets.
• Allocate labour and delegate tasks across the shift.

• Conduct shift handovers and communicate key information between shifts.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the Engineering team.
• Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Ensure all health & safety procedures and company policies are followed.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the production area.
• Support and develop team members through coaching, mentoring and training.
• Identify training needs and assist in workforce development.
• Provide regular feedback and updates to management.
• Ensure quality control checks and product specifications are consistently met.

Nights Team Leader

Location: Farnham

Salary: £35,724 per annum (£32,160 basic salary + £489.00 annual shift allowance per month

Hours: Rotating shifts - 10pm - 6am

The Role

We're recruiting a Process Team Leader to join a busy and well-established powder coatings manufacturer based in Farnham. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supporting daily production operations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved.

Working closely with the Production Manager, you'll lead a team of Operators across the manufacturing process, providing guidance, support, and direction while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
