Job summary

Henderson Brown is seeking a hands-on Production Team Leader to drive a night shift in a busy FMCG environment. You will oversee a production area of around 30 staff, ensuring targets are met, standards remain high, and the shift runs smoothly.

You will lead both permanent and agency teams, manage KPIs, and partner with engineering to resolve issues, while fostering safety, quality and continuous improvement."

A fast-paced food manufacturing business is looking for a strong hands-on Production Team Leader to join the night shift team.

The Role:

• Running and managing a production line on nights
• Leading teams of permanent and agency staff
• Managing KPIs including output, waste, downtime and efficiency
• Supporting training, performance and staff development
• Dealing with shift issues, investigations and problem solving
• Driving health & safety, food safety and quality standards
• Working closely with engineering and shift management teams
• Helping improve performance and reduce costs across the area
