Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking a Process Team Leader for our powder coatings operation in Farnham. You will lead a hands-on production team, coordinate shift activities, and drive productivity while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will mentor Operators, manage resources across rotating shifts, and ensure timely, compliant execution of production plans. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Operators to achieve daily production targets.
• Allocate labour and delegate tasks across the shift.
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members.
• Conduct shift handovers and communicate key information between shifts.
• Report maintenance issues to Engineering promptly.
• Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure health & safety procedures and company policies are followed.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping in production areas.
• Develop team members through coaching and training.
• Identify training needs and assist workforce development.
• Provide regular feedback and updates to management.
• Ensure quality control checks and product specifications are met.

Location: Farnham
Salary: £17.18 an hour = £35,724 per annum (£32,160 basic salary + £3,564 annual shift allowance paid over 12 months)
Hours: Rotating shifts - 6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm

The Role

This is a hands‑on leadership position responsible for supporting daily production operations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Operators to achieve daily production targets
