Job summary

Manpower (United Kingdom) is seeking a Nights Team Leader for a busy powder coatings operation in Farnham. You will lead a team of Operators on a night shift (10pm–6am), coordinating tasks, maintaining safety, quality, and productivity, and supporting daily production targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Operators to achieve daily production targets

• Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues as they arise

• Support and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and training
• Identify training needs and assist in workforce development
• Provide regular feedback and updates to management

The Role

We're recruiting a Process Team Leader to join a busy and well-established powder coatings manufacturer based in Farnham. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supporting daily production operations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved. Working closely with the Production Manager, you'll lead a team of Operators across the manufacturing process, providing guidance, support, and direction while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
