Radis Community Care is hiring a Waking Nights Support Worker for Stirchley House Extra Care in Telford. You will support elderly residents, assist with mobility, personal care, and dignity, while fostering independence in a compassionate, respectful environment.

The role offers full-time night shifts on a rota, with pay rates at £13.90 per night, and training including Care Certificate and related courses. You’ll join a dedicated team committed to high-quality community care.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing personal care to elderly residents.
• Ability to work during waking night shifts with empathy and respect.
• Willingness to participate in training and development programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support elderly residents with mobility and get them to dining areas and social spaces.
• Assist with personal care activities including washing, hygiene and dressing while maintaining privacy and dignity.
• Engage residents in recreational and social activities and provide a supportive presence.
