Job summary

CareTech is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in Stoke on Trent. The role is a full-time 36-hour contract with a pay of £12.79 per hour.

Applicants should be prepared to work days, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays as needed to support service users. We offer a comprehensive induction aligned with Care Certificate Standards, ongoing learning and development, a DBS check, a stakeholder pension and access to our support programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a caring environment preferred.
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Good communication skills, allowing you to engage & interact with our service users.
• Ability to keep calm under pressure.
• Confidence to work alone and also be part of a team (family).
