Job summary

Warner Hotels’ Norton Grange on the Isle of Wight is hiring a Night Team Member to help run the hotel smoothly during the night shift and deliver excellent guest service at reception. You will work alongside the Night Supervisor and the team to ensure a calm, welcoming environment for guests arriving late or departing early.

No prior experience is required—just a genuine, guest‑facing approach and a willingness to learn.

As part of our supportive team, you will develop and grow into delivering a great customer service on reception, within the hotel.Alongside the Night Supervisor and team you will be a key part of the smooth running of hotel during the night.
