Job summary

The National Autistic Society is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join Kingsley House in Devon for night shifts. You will support autistic adults in a safe 24-hour environment, following personalised care plans and daily routines to help individuals live their best lives.

We value a caring, flexible, and reliable attitude, with the role requiring weekend work. Driving licence is advantageous, and full-time hours are 44 per week.

Qualifications

Caring and reliable approach to supporting autistic adults.
Willingness to follow individual support plans and routines.
Flexibility to meet needs including weekend work.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating).
Encourage activities they enjoy (swimming, hiking, arts & crafts).
