The National Autistic Society is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Kingsley House in Bideford, Devon. You will follow individual support plans and daily routines to help autistic adults live their best lives in a safe, 24-hour environment.

We welcome applicants with a positive mindset; autistic experience is helpful but not essential. A full-time role with flexible evenings and weekends is available, along with comprehensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Caring and reliable person to support vulnerable adults
• Positive attitude towards helping others
• Experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating)
