Job summary

Key duties include monitoring wellbeing, contributing to care planning, assisting with medications, supervising staff, and acting as a main point of contact for residents and families.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 in care or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in a similar care environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking.
• Positive attitude toward supporting residents and staff.
• Flexible and responsive to cover a range of duties.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' wellbeing and update care plans as needed.
• Participate in person-centred care planning and monthly evaluations.
• Support residents with medication requirements.
• Provide staff supervision and support development.
• Serve as key point of contact for residents, relatives, and external professionals.
