The role requires NVQ 3 or equivalent, at least 2 years’ experience in a similar care setting, and strong communication skills. DBS and eligibility to work in the UK are required.

• Participate in person-centred care planning and monthly evaluations.
• Support residents with medication requirements.
• Undertake staff supervisions and support staff development.
• Serve as primary contact for residents, family, and health professionals; escalate concerns.
