Qualifications

• NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar care environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to cover various responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' wellbeing and update care plans as needs change.
• Be involved in person-centred care planning and monthly evaluations.
• Support residents with medication requirements.
• Undertake staff supervision and support staff development.
• Act as a key contact for residents, families, and professionals; escalate concerns.
