Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents in a safe, caring environment.
• Support the care team with daily duties and care planning.
• Monitor wellbeing and update care plans as needs change.
• Administer medications as required and under supervision.
• Be a key contact for residents, relatives and health/social care professionals.
