Greencore is seeking a Kettle Cook for night shifts at our Old Leake site near Boston, Lincolnshire. You will prepare and cook sauces, taste to ensure flavour and quality, and complete production records in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

This permanent role requires careful sensory assessment, adherence to food safety standards and the ability to follow recipes precisely. Overtime and benefits accompany a strong team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum entry-level English required.
• Good communication skills.
• Good numeracy and literacy, able to follow recipes and complete records.

Responsibilities

• Cook sauces to the required recipe and standards.
• Taste and assess sauces as part of quality and release process.
• Weigh, sieve and measure ingredients as needed.
• Keep production and quality records up to date.
• Follow safety, GMP and cleaning procedures and train as required.
