Job summary
The Compleat Food Group in Bristol is seeking a Kitchen Production Operative to join our 12-hour shift team. You will follow procedures for cooking batches of Soup & Sauce, operate automated lines, and maintain hygiene and quality standards within a 24/7 production environment.
We value a good standard of English and Maths, teamwork, flexibility and a strong awareness of health and food safety. Full training is provided and benefits include pension and overtime enhancements.
Qualifications
- Good English and Maths skills required.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
- Experience in production or FMCG preferred.
- Safety and hygiene knowledge training provided.
- Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Follow written procedures for cooking batches of Soup & Sauce (training provided).
- Comply with SOPs to meet orders, hygiene, quality and cost targets.
- Work in a small team in an automated environment with heavy loading tasks.
- Operate production lines and automated equipment.
- Maintain hygiene and quality standards.
- Collaborate within a 24/7 manufacturing team.
- Ensure food safety and health & safety practices.
