Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Registered Nurse – Nights for Spencer House Care Home in Northampton. You will act as person in charge when needed and ensure high standards of resident care with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities.
• Show sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application.

Responsibilities

• Act as person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and ensure high standards of care for residents.
• Undertake nursing tasks including medication distribution and management of chronic conditions.
• Supervise care team staff to ensure tasks are completed during duties and residents receive necessary care.
• Provide high standards of care through accurate assessment and care planning.
