Job summary

The One Group in Melton Mowbray is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our FMCG manufacturing site on a nights-only shift. You will maintain and improve automated production equipment, perform fault finding and respond to breakdowns to keep lines running.

The role requires a hands-on technician with an electrical/mechanical background, PLC fault-finding skills, and experience in fast-paced manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled electrical and mechanical background.
• Strong PLC fault-finding skills desirable.
• Experience within FMCG, manufacturing or a fast-paced production environment.
• 18th Edition desirable.
• Proactive approach to maintenance and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance across automated production machinery.
• Fault finding and breakdown response to minimise downtime.
• Continuous improvement of equipment and processes.
