Job summary

Pioneer Selection is seeking a Nights Electrical Engineer in Crawley, East Sussex. The role focuses on multi-skilled maintenance of site machinery with an emphasis on electrical and mechanical systems, responding to breakdowns and executing preventative maintenance.

The successful candidate will support continuous improvement initiatives across the factory and work the Monday to Friday night shift, with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Electrically strong with solid wiring knowledge.

Job Title: Nights Electrical Engineer

Location: Crawley, East Sussex

Salary: £59,000 (OTE £68,000+)

A great opportunity has come to market for a Nights Maintenance Engineer to join a company that consistently invests in its site, equipment, and engineering infrastructure, ensuring engineers can work with reliable machinery and modern systems. Over the last few years, the company has seen some significant growth which has led to the introduction of new lines and new infrastructure. The company want to keep investing into both the site and engineers to keep up with the success and growth of the business.

You will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.
