Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting a Days Electrical Engineer for our client in Crawley, East Sussex. The role covers electrical and mechanical maintenance, breakdown response, and planned preventative maintenance across site machinery.

The position offers a Monday–Friday days shift, a strong benefits package including pension, life insurance and gym access, and opportunities for training and development within a growing manufacturing site in the UK.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Electrically strong and capable of diagnostics on complex equipment.
• Solid engineering qualification and hands-on maintenance ability.
• UK-based maintenance engineer experience including electrical or mechanical work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical and mechanical systems, responding to breakdowns promptly.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.

Job Title: Days Electrical Engineer

Salary: £54,000 (OTE £62,000+)

Shift: Days (Mon-Fri)

You will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.
