Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting a Nights Maintenance Engineer for a busy food manufacturing site in Wisbech. You will maintain plant and equipment, handle planned maintenance and breakdowns, and ensure maximum uptime on a 4 On 4 Off nights shift. Salary £55,000 with OTE £60,000+ and a competitive benefits package.Candidates must be multi-skilled with an electrical bias, hold an electrical/engineering Level 3 qualification, and have proven maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing.

Job Role of the Nights Maintenance Engineer.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the continuous running of equipment and machinery. The successful individual will be tasked with responding to both pre-planned maintenance as well as breakdowns, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Nights Maintenance Engineer

• Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias
• Electrical / engineering qualification (Level 3)
• Maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment

Requirements for the Nights Maintenance Engineer

• Strong fault-finding and reactive maintenance capability
• Experience carrying out PPM and planned maintenance routines
• Ability to attend breakdowns in a timely manner and work to site standards
• Exposure to industrial electrical equipment such as: single phase, three phase, motors, relays, sensors, inverters (plus hydraulics/pneumatics/gearboxes beneficial)
